Process to Obtain a REFUND
- Complete the Refund Form
- Include your Proof of Purchase/Receipt, indicating book was purchased in the last 30 days.
- Mail Refund Form, receipt and book(s) back to the warehouse via Media Mail.
- NOTE: Books must arrive back to the warehouse in new, unused condition to receive a refund. You are responsible to re-package books so as damage will not occur during shipping.
- Refund is processed by Usborne Books & More corporate as they had collected the original payment.
